Welcome to Old City Coffee! We are a locally-owned and operated specialty coffee roaster with operations in Old City, the Reading Terminal Market, and the Pennsylvania Convention Center. In addition to our retail and cafe operations, we are also a full-service, specialty coffee caterer. Old City Coffee has served as the Pennsylvania Convention Center's on-site specialty coffee and espresso concessionaire since the center first opened in 1993, and has served at many high-volume, high-profile events, including the President's Summit on Volunteerism, the Philadelphia Flower Show (since 1996), the Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show, the RNC, and many Corporations.

Old City Coffee's headquarters are located in downtown Philadelphia, allowing us to pay close attention to our daily operations and making us available for special requests. Our staff is dependable and well-informed -- we try to maintain the lowest turnover in the industry, with some baristas staying with us as much as five years! Our baristas offer top-notch service, and bring their knowledge and professionalism to the job.

We offer a full range of catering services including freshly-roasted cofees, teas, baked goods, condiments, and confections. When you find the catering option that best fits your event, click on the name of the catering service to go to a form that will allow you to enter date/time, location and other detail information about your event. The Old City Coffee Catering Department will call you to discuss details, schedule and pricing and either give you a quote or refer the information to the appropriate sales person from your facility. We service many hotels and other institutions (venues).

Old City Coffee can provide a full Specialty Coffee Cash Concession that includes our full Cafe Menu served from 5 modular carts.

Site Preparation: Old City Coffee prides itself on its presentation and professionalism. We can set up at any off-site location and bring in a knowledgeable and skilled staff to serve you. Whether you require coffee catering for a formal affair or an informal gathering, we are happy to gear our operations and services to suit your needs. Please keep a few things in mind about your site:

• A minimum of 2 hours of access time is required, prior to start of Coffee Catering Service
• Client is responsible for the ordering of Electric Service. The Client is responsible for paying these charges. It is recommended that the electric servcice be ordered well in advance.
• Client is responsible for paying charges associated with last-minute changes in location/logistics. Last minute changes can affect service quality.
