This special is roasted a bit darker than usual and is certified both USDA Organic and Fair Trade. It comes from the famous coffee growing region near Mount Elgon on the Kenya- Uganda-Tanzania borders at Lake Victoria. Many “earthly” flavors are present including a winey and malty complexity with a unusually syrupy body.
