Kalosi is the small town in central Sulawesi, which serves as the collection point for the coffee, and the Kalosi name has traditionally been used to signify the origin. The result is a coffee with unusual depth and complexity. It exhibits a rich, full-body; moderate, well-balanced acidity, with prominent herbal, nutty, and pleasantly sweet woody notes. The finish is powerful and clean, despite it’s natural processing method and sun drying.
