Pacific Rim/Asia
The Dutch brought coffee to this part of the world in the 17th century! Some of the original plantations still in production are in Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi. The Pacific Rim is now the fourth largest coffee growing area in the world. Rich volcanic soil and lush conditions yield coffees that are typically full flavored, syrupy rich with heavy body and very low in acidity. Popular at OCC as a darker roast.

Indonesian coffee has been grown since 1696 and has long been considered to be among the world’s best. Mandheling is a low-acid full-bodied coffee whose rough and irregular appearance belies its smooth taste and popularity.

Organic Bali Blue Moon coffee has arrived and is cupping "over the moon". This is our first delivery of Balinese Coffee and it's been worth the wait. The cup starts off with low acidity and smooth, syrupy body. An accompaniment of dark chocolate, vanilla bean and black licorice flavors leads to a bold presence with a distinctive aftertaste.

Our delicious Indonesia is specially roasted to a deep dark brown to release the essential coffee oils which impart the characteristic bittersweet tang of French roasted coffee. Our darkest roast!

We combine Sumatra two ways: Viennese and medium roasted. Resulting in a balanced brew with pleasantly sharp bittersweet notes.

Our Sumatra Mandheling, specially roasted an extra moment just until its essential oil are released to the beans' surface. An intensely deep-bodied, low acid cup with a sweet aftertaste.
