Coffee was transplanted to Central and South America and it's Islands during the Colonial eras. The superior arabican coffee is grown at high volcanic altitudes in shade rain forest through the equator zone. Many of the original cultivar classics such as Bourbon first harvested are still in production at our farm partners. This regions coffee is very familiar to most, because most of the world's production comes from here. General taste profile: Rich-pleasant acidity and balanced flavors. The biggest differential in flavor beside species and growing conditions are the type of milling used by the co-operatives. Wet process through a light fermentation yields a lingering sweet creamy finish. Alternatively, natural patio drying in the sun delivers a crisp clean finish. Enjoy!

100% pure arabican coffee, grown at high altitude. This Brazil coffee is sold in 5 pound bulk form only and is ideal for commercial restaurant use, or in home settings that drink a lot of coffee! Please specify whole bean or your grind when ordering. Sorry bulk coffee cannot be broken down into smaller quantities with individual grind settings.

A near perfect cup! This classic Costa Rica coffee has a nice verve (snap) with vivacious flavor profile. It is rich and well balanced with caramelized citrus personality.

The La Candelilla Estate grows heirloom coffee at an altitude of 4500 feet above see level using sustainable practices. The coffee cherries are completely ripened before hand picking. This micro lot is then minimally estate “Honey” processed by only partially removing the mucilage during depulping, without any wet fermentation.

The cup results are unique and satisfying, a bright and sweet top shelf brew. It is noted for cherry richness and a lingering distinct hazelnut finish. We love its honey like silky body.

Old City Coffee was the first roaster in the northeastern US to offer this top shelf coffee. Grown under ideal conditions, it was long the choice coffee at the Vatican. Traditional "dark" roasting releases the deep, sweet flavor.
