This coffee is now on the new 2010/2011 crop! It is extra sweet this year! Sometimes I taste a lots of chocolate notes-sometimes more vanilla! So let's just call it twist. The co-op that mills this coffee has it triple certified, organic, Fair Trade and shade canopy bird friendly.I highly recommend , if you like a smooth rich coffee with moderate acidy and no imperfections. This blend combines medium and dark roast so it captures the entire taste profile of a great single origin coffee.
