Just in time for a creepy Halloween! This special is produced in a similar fashion as in the neighboring Java and Celebes/Sulawesi plantations in the eastern part of Indonesia. Papua New Guinea ìAî coffee is rich in flavor but lighter in body and has more brightness or acidity than coffees from this region usually do. New Guinean thus has a unique characterization of possessing the positive attributes of both Indonesian and Central American coffee. This coffee is organically grown; we roast it Dark American.
