Our delicious Indonesia is specially roasted to a deep dark brown to release the essential coffee oils which impart the characteristic bittersweet tang of French roasted coffee. Our darkest roast!

It get's very smoky in roasting as the bean sugars begin to caramelize!
The coffee is fully roasted and "smokey-sweet". French roast is lighter bodied than it's less roasted bretheren-but isquite intense! Some of the inherent flavors of the ligher roasted bean are transformed to a different "darker" profile in a french roast.
