Sometimes called Moka Harrar, this coffee has an earthy, wild quality because of its unwashed processing. A distinct berry note can be detected in this coffee.

This brew, grown among the world’s oldest coffee producing regions in the Harrar region of Ethiopia is known as Moka Harrar, Longberry, or Horse Special. This flavor contrasts the creamy finish of it’s sister coffee, Ethiopian Yirgacheff. Moka perhaps has more verve. This coffee distinguishes itself by the distinct fragrance and flavor of blueberries.
