This is the coffee that Juan and his donkey brings us. This coffee, features a pleasant, crisp acidity and good balance. The decaffeination is done in Germany using the 100% natural carbon dioxide process.

The decaf version of our secret three-bean espresso blend! This blend creates a dark, rich, oily, and bittersweet brew perfect for classic espresso preparation or brewing “straight up” in your coffee maker. CO2 process
