We have roasted our USDA certified Organic Bali Blue Moon to a full “second pop” roast to fully engage coffee buffs with this “nutty” taste! The cup starts off with low acidity and smooth, syrupy body. A flavor expression of dark chocolate, vanilla bean, and black licorice lead to a bold presence with a distinctive finish. This coffee is 100% heirloom Typica Arabica coffee. Enjoy
