In addition to our retail and cafe operations, we are also a full-service, specialty coffee caterer.

All Catering orders may require up to 72 hours to facilitate. Consider orders confirmed once you receive a personal phone call or e-mail message generated from our office. Old City Coffee has served as the Pennsylvania Convention Center's onsite specialty coffee and espresso concessionaire since the center first opened in 1993, and has served at many high-volume, high-profile events, including the President's Summit on Volunteerism, the Philadelphia Flower Show (since 1996), the Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show, the RNC, and many corporations.

Old City Coffee's headquarters are located in downtown Philadelphia, allowing us to pay close attention to our daily operations and making us available for special requests. Our staff is dependable and well-informed; we try to maintain the lowest turnover in the industry, with some baristas staying with us as much as five years! Our baristas offer top-notch service, and bring their knowledge and professionalism to the job.

We offer a full range of catering services including freshly roasted coffees, teas, baked goods, condiments, and confections. Choose the catering option that best fits your event. You may complete our Catering Information Form, email or call us with the details of your event including date, time, and location. Old City Coffee will call you to discuss details, schedule and pricing and give you a quote or refer the information to the appropriate sales person of the facility for your event. We are flexible and will work with you to make your event special!

Site Preparation: Old City Coffee prides itself on its presentation and professionalism. We can set up at any off-site location and bring in a knowledgeable and skilled staff to serve you. Whether you require coffee catering for a formal affair or an informal gathering, we are happy to gear our operations and services to suit your needs. Please keep a few things in mind about your site:
• A minimum of two hours of access time is required, prior to start of any coffee catering service.
• The client is responsible for the ordering of electrical service and is responsible for paying these charges. It is recommended that the electric service be ordered well in advance.
• The client is responsible for paying charges associated with last-minute changes in location/logistics. Last minute changes can affect service quality.

We can bring Old City Coffee to you! Experience the smells, sounds, feeling and taste of a world class espresso at your site! Old City Coffee has years of experience in a variety of settings; indoors and out, commercial hospitality to important family events, very high volume to intimate gatherings.

Bulk Brewed Coffee

Old City Coffee is a small micro coffee roaster with distinctive brews. We can brew large quantities of coffee upholding these standards and deliver to your site.
